Movement rules are themselves fairly intuitive and well flowing but also quite vague in who should move when and in what way.
Set up game with one side as ATTACKER and another as DEFENDER before Scenario start. Follow following movement order for both ATTACKER (first in Phase) then for DEFENDER (acts second in Phase) (see Page 3):
Bound is divided into 10 Phases. During Phase ATTACKER will act first
doing all possible actions followed by DEFENDER doing similarly after all
ATTACKER actions (movement turning and possible firing/fighting) have been
resolved. Movement itself is done according to standard rules with following
restriction: During Phase aircraft must first move forwards, then it may
turn if possible. After this aircraft may initiate immediately combat.
