There is no real support in Skyfight to deal with large scenarios.
Following concepts are introduced to smoothen game and fasten it when playing large air combats.
A. Skyfight could be played as two dimentional game. This fastens the game and can be done if number planes is high because missiles have replaced guns in most engagements. Missiles have longer ranges and high speeds and can climb and catch most planes easily making two dimensional viable alternative.
B. Replace all 22.5 degree rules on missiles and radar target cone with
90 degree cone on front. This makes missiles more dangerous but it simplifies
targeting and calculations when playing on checkered playing surface instead
of game field without any squares.
